Benchmarking

Benchmarking is a powerful tool for change. By generating credible, comprehensive, comparative information through bench-marking weaknesses are identified which move professionals from a debate about what is wrong to a discussion of how to improve. This focus on improvement in combination with continued benchmarking over time will also make it possible to identify the results of interventions in an iterative process.
